The colors are AMAZING! They looked nice on the website, but
in true life, are about 1000 times better. I was so excited, I
showed them around the office, and everyone oooed and aaahed and
imagined pants and shirts and kuspuks and parkas and lots of other
things I don't have the space to write about.
Living 30 miles north of the Arctic Circle, mail-order is just about
the only way to have variety. Consequently, I do a lot of mail-order.
Your customer service, and personal attention are the best I have encountered
thus far. So, once again, thank you.

discussing lack of customer service and how companies are hurting but yet
they won't 'accommodate' customers (there was an episode with at a store).
So I just want to say it's very nice you had taken the time to respond,
especially in the web world were you don't see people face to face, or have
the time to respond to all inquiries. Thanks - that little 'extra' means a

I just wanted to take a moment and tell you how delighted I am
with my "Silent Sentinel" kit. I chose the blue fabrics and they are perfect
(and so generous!) I have almost finished the kit - I am working on hand-
quilting the clouds and considering adding some beads for evening "stars") and
then will border it for a wall hanging for my mom's Christmas gift. (She
collects windmills).
I was a little intimidated by the intricacy of the windmill,
but I took my time and it turned out great. And as always - I take a deep
breath before cutting into fabrics, especially ones as beautiful as the blues in
the kit.
My quilting group was over last night and saw my work in
progress and were impressed with the fabrics and amazed at the
price.
I can't buy more fabric until I finish some things - but look
forward to shopping with you again!
